Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your electronics in their original factory internal packaging and double-box them to prevent any structural or cosmetic damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring no old tracking labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition and serial numbers of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
